In fact, hardly anyone understands to the end how a regular printer, or a mouse, or 1C works - but it has already become familiar and is used everywhere.
This is the story that will happen with artificial intelligence: you can ignore the appearance of tractors and continue to plow the land on horses, but the result of such a decision is very predictable.

In fact, Neo4j is unlikely to impress experienced programmers who are used to doing the same thing on their own, with their own hands. The more information there is on the Internet, the more actively we go into it (now everyone has forgotten something about the Internet of Things, but in vain!), the cooler the AI will be. But always keep in mind: this coolness is achieved by accumulating the work of a real human mind, and there were no brains in the machine itself, and it is not expected.

Neural networks require a huge amount of statistical information, so, relatively speaking, the one with more video cards is cooler in neural networks. Which she will recalculate in all its guises, trying to find the most subtle mathematical patterns in the processes.
Classical machine learning works the same way, but at the expense of more prepared data, where the machine has less to think out on its own, which means that less data is enough to implement AI, and significantly less computing power is needed. Therefore, in real business, machine learning is used much more often than neural networks.
